PresenceForge ("we", "us", "our") operates presenceforge.io. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you use PresenceForge, we collect the information you provide directly: your email address and password when creating an account, and business details (business name, city, industry, services) when generating a report. We also collect payment information through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to generate your marketing intelligence report, process payments, manage your subscription, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes beyond our own service.
We use the following third-party services to operate PresenceForge: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google Places API for competitor data, DataForSEO for keyword cost data, Anthropic (Claude) for content generation, and Railway for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your account information is retained as long as your account is active. Generated reports are stored temporarily for download and not permanently archived. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Authentication is handled by Supabase with secure token management. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard. You can cancel your subscription through the billing portal. For data deletion requests, contact us at hello@presenceforge.io.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through our website.
