PresenceForge generates marketing intelligence reports using real market data from public sources (Google reviews, keyword databases) combined with AI-generated strategic content. Reports include competitor analysis, ad strategy, social media content, SEO recommendations, and action plans.
You need an account to use monthly subscription plans. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts or resell access without a subscription plan that covers it.
One-time reports are charged once at $97. Monthly plans (Solo, Studio, Scale) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Monthly plans include a fixed number of report generations per billing cycle (Solo: 20, Studio: 40, Scale: 60). Unused generations do not roll over to the next cycle. Extra generation packs can be purchased separately. Generation credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Reports are generated using a combination of real market data and AI analysis. While we use real data sources (Google Places, DataForSEO), the strategic recommendations, social media content, and action plans are AI-generated suggestions. They should be reviewed before implementation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
The reports generated for you are yours to use commercially. You can share them with clients, use them in proposals, or implement the strategies. You cannot resell the PresenceForge platform itself or claim the reports were created by your own technology.
Competitor data, ratings, and review counts come from Google and are accurate at the time of generation. Keyword costs come from DataForSEO and reflect real Google Ads data where available. For niche industries with low search volume, estimated data may be used and will be labeled as such.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party APIs (Google, DataForSEO) may occasionally be unavailable, which can affect report quality. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions.
PresenceForge is a marketing intelligence tool. We are not a marketing agency, legal advisor, or financial consultant. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our reports.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
