We want you to try PresenceForge with confidence. Here's our refund policy in plain language:
If you cancel before day 4, you're not charged anything. No refund needed — no money was taken.
If you've been charged $49 and feel PresenceForge isn't right for you, email scan@presenceforge.co within 7 days of the charge. We'll refund in full, no questions asked.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. In most cases, we'll apply credit toward a future month rather than a cash refund.
Email scan@presenceforge.co from the email you signed up with. Include your billing date. We typically respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 5 business days.
If you want a refund, please email us first. Chargebacks cost everyone time and money — we'd rather just refund you directly if you're unhappy.
