If the report doesn't deliver actionable value for your business, you pay nothing.
If you're not satisfied with your Growth Package, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. We'll process the refund through Stripe within 5-10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your remaining generations until that date.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day cycle, you still have access for the remaining 25 days.
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from the pack have been consumed, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Email hello@presenceforge.io with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse (e.g. generating and downloading reports, then requesting a refund repeatedly). This has never happened and we don't expect it to — we mention it for completeness.
